Quick and Easy Make Ahead Appetizers
1 package fresh ravioli
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Cook ravioli and drain. Put ravioli and butter in large zip lock bag. Shake well until each ravioli is coated with the butter. Remove each ravioli and place on baking sheet lined with wax paper or foil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Place in freezer for about 30 min. to 1 hour until hard (so they don’t stick together in plastic bag). Put ravioli in a freezer bag and freeze until ready to use.
Remove ravioli from freezer and spread on lightly sprayed baking sheet. Allow to thaw while oven preheats to 400 degrees F. Bake for 10 to 15 min. until golden in color. Serve with marinara, alfredo, or pesto sauce for dipping.
